Liar, Liar, a dark domestic thriller full of secrets, suspense, psychological damage and, of course, lies, is officially available to read now - available on Amazon and Kindle Unlimited.

I still don’t fully know how to talk about this book without sounding slightly unhinged.
This domestic thriller book pushed me harder than anything I’ve written before. It’s darker, more emotional and more psychologically intense. It digs into grief, loneliness, manipulation, secrets, flawed relationships and the quiet ways people fall apart behind closed doors.
And apparently, readers felt that too.
One Goodreads reviewer described it as:
“an absolute psychological relationship autopsy disguised as a book.”
That might be the most accurate description of Liar, Liar I’ve seen so far.
If you love domestic thriller books with unreliable characters, emotional tension, morally grey decisions and twists that make you stop and stare at the wall for a minute… this one may be for you.
A Domestic Thriller Built on Secrets, Fear and Human Flaws
One of the things I wanted most while writing Liar, Liar was for the characters to feel painfully real and human. They carry grief, insecurities, resentment, loneliness and secrets and feelings they probably should’ve spoken about years ago. And that emotional depth is something readers have really connected with:
“Arti knows how to portray struggle, complicated emotions and make you experience a sense of dread and suspense.”
Writing this book genuinely took something out of me. There were moments I questioned whether I’d gone too dark emotionally. The dual POV structure meant sitting inside complicated minds for a long time, and that emotional weight definitely followed me around while writing.
“She takes everyday struggles of everyday people and twists them into something sinister and gripping, like turning a normal street into a maze with the lights slowly going out.”
It's my darkest yet because of how realistic it is and how much readers have been able to really connect with it. Seeing readers connect with the story the way they have has made every spiralling moment worth it.
“I’ve read a ridiculous amount of books. I’ve cried, screamed internally, questioned humanity, developed fictional trust issues, all of it. But this one crawled into my chest and sat there like a wet bag of cement.”
“Dark. Twisted. Painfully human.”
“Clever, chilling, and quietly menacing.”
“This one came in SWINGING and left my jaw on the floor. The way Manani manages to weave a complex story full of emotions while also making the reader feel real, poignant fear is something magical and masterful.”
One reader even referred to Liar, Liar as 'One of the Best Thriller Books' they've read this year, and I genuinely cannot explain what it feels like seeing readers react to this story.
“OMG. Y'all haven't read a psychological thriller like this one.”
“One of the best thrillers I read this year.”
“I was immediately hooked.”
“A gripping book with twists and non-stop suspense.”
“The way my jaw dropped, multiple times, reading this book!”

The audiobook version launches in June, and trust me when I say the narration brings an entirely new layer of tension to this story.
